Sandblasting & Powder Coating

Coatings that outlastthe weather, the wearand the years.

We strip rust, scale and old paint down to bare metal, then bake on a finish that shrugs off salt, sun and abrasion. Bring us a single bracket or a full trailer load — same standard of prep, every time.

Call or text with photos and dimensions — that’s all we need to price it.

Materials & scope

If it's metal, we can bring it back

Mild steel, stainless, aluminium, cast iron, galvanised and hot-rolled — each behaves differently under blast and heat, and we treat it that way.

Powder coating

Must fit our curing oven: 72″ tall × 45″ deep × 45″ wide.

Sandblasting

No size limit. Large items are blasted only and are not powder coated. If you need a finish on one, we can apply epoxy primer and industrial paint instead.

Automotive & 4x4

Wheels, bull bars, roll cages, chassis and suspension components.

Architectural

Balustrades, window frames, gates, handrails and façade panels.

Industrial & plant

Frames, guards, brackets, machine housings and pallet racking.

Farm & marine

Implement parts, trailer bodies, deck fittings and coastal-exposure steel.

Furniture & fitout

Steel legs, café table bases, shelving, brassware and joinery steel.

Fabrication shops

Trade rates and scheduled batch runs for repeat production work.

How it works

From drop-off to collection in four moves

No mystery, no surprise line items. Here's exactly what happens to your parts once they reach our facility.

01

Quote & drop off

Send photos and dimensions through the quote form, or bring the parts in. You get a fixed price before anything is touched.

02

Strip & profile

Blasting removes every trace of rust, scale and old coating, leaving a uniformly profiled surface the powder can bite into.

03

Coat & cure

Electrostatic application in a controlled booth, then a full bake in the curing oven so the finish cross-links and hardens through.

04

Inspect & collect

Thickness and coverage checked, parts wrapped and protected, then collected or delivered back to you on schedule.

Every stage in one facility, under our own roof

Nothing is subcontracted — the parts stay in our hands from strip to cure.

Parts must arrive ready for the service

We can only coat what we can get to. Parts need to come in stripped down and free of anything that isn’t being blasted or coated.

If we have to remove anything for you — tires, bearings, bushings, grease fittings, bolts, pins, gaskets, seals, suspension components, brackets, or any plastic or rubber — that work is charged at $100/hour, with a minimum charge of $50 if a part isn’t ready for the service.

Not sure whether your part counts as ready? Text us a photo before you drop it off and we’ll tell you.

Know the code? Our color chart has all 6,000+ Prismatic finishes — paste the code and name here.

Send photos of your parts

Photos help us quote accurately and spot any damage or old coatings. Text them to (716) 785-3684 and mention this request — we’ll match them to your form.
